Additionally our host and main servers for the data we store are in the European Economic Area (EEA) though due to page caching and cloud based hosting sometimes the data may be hosted outside the EEA. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE DATA
We keep all the data for up to 2 years, unless instructed otherwise.
You can find out what information we hold about you, and ask us not to use any of the information we collect by contacting us and on request can ask us to delete any data of yours.
We host on secure servers and encrypt all data transmitted. We will continue to audit the security of the service to maintain a high level of security and update any relevant software with security patches in a timely manner.
That said sending any information over the internet is never completely secure and any data you send is at your own risk.
