We have experience in large scale Housing Association renewal programmes. Generally works are identified from stock condition surveys which is carried out every 5 years by building surveyors. They look at the age and condition of all the major elements of the homes such as the roof, windows and rate them in a range from very poor to excellent. Generally those elements that are rated as poor or very poor are included in a maintenance programme.

Our people have experience in running large renewal programmes where 300-400 bathrooms or kitchens are renewed each year. This will involve resident liaison; working in occupied properties; full kitchen replacements and associated activities; installation of bathroom suites; installation of individual sanitary ware products; installation of shower cubicles; installation of water service from mains; flooring, tiling and finishes.
